Q: Who is VSport?

VSport has been a partner of JBoats siince 1992 and provided owners, dealers, and regatta organizers product and design support through the years. We are proud of our JBoats affiliation.

VSport was one of the first online eStores to offer customers customized gear and we are excited about offering a new shopping experience to J owners. Any information we obtain from you is kept confidential, in house, and solely used to service your account only.

Tell me about Custom Orders

Of course any JGear becomes distinctive when you can customize it so that it represents your boat and crew. We offer an assortment of options with each item for customizing and you can select from possibilities listed on each product page. Customization will be done in capital block letters unless instructed differently.

The majority of orders that we receive have customizing requests so we encourage you to order early, especially during the holidays and sailing season when you have regatta dates in mind. You can expect a minimum of 7 business days to process.

Some of our garments are major brand recognized suppliers. We reserve the right to provide some items with the manufacturers brand logo that come printed on the garment. Not all are depicted. Please inquire with us if this detail might require your discretion before customization.

Shopping Tips

The categories for gear are in the sidebar. However use the Search box at the top right to find items you have ordered in the past using item number or description. Quantities can be changed in the shopping cart by changing the number and hitting the reload symbol.

If your order is Date Sensitive please tell us in the comment box provided in the check out section. Tell us the "event" it is required for and "in hand" date required. We will do our best to meet your request.

QUANTITY DISCOUNT on-line

Minimum 750.00 Order                      A 5% DISCOUNT will apply

Minimum 1200.00 Order                    A 7% DISCOUNT will apply

Q: Can you assist with sizing?

Q: Can I get support for a regatta?

VSport is available to support your regatta with design and fulfillment of your event or commemorative gear. We can act as a supplier to help generate revenue or if you are organizing a major regatta, we can come on board as a partner. Please send your inquiries to sales@vsport.biz.

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY FAQ’s

Q: What is your Shipping and Return Policy?

Check your custom order information carefully as we do not accept any customized gear in return. Non-customized size and color items, that have not been washed and worn may be returned within 30 days from date of receipt for exchange or credit. Please include a copy of your order/invoice and the reason for your return. There is a 10% handling charge for exchanges and returns. A shipping charge will be processed for exchanges. No original shipping charges will be credited. If your order is "DATE SENSITIVE" please send us an email and reference your requirements. Specifying an expedited method of shipping does not guarantee your expected delivery date. Shortages or production delays can affect delivery. 

The method of shipping does not guarantee delivery in that time frame. It simply defines time in transit when your package is prepared and released for shipping. If you have a date sensitive order please share that information with us in the comment box.

Payment & Reverse Charge Option

All orders are charged when payment information is received. Please discuss with VSport before you exercise the Reverse Charge option. Our processing house levies an additional service charge and this may affect your customer status. A $25.00 charge will be accessed for every reverse charge initiated without substantiation.
